O Forum "Norulesteam.us” promove um espaço onde compartilhamos links
encontrados na internet de forma saudável, isenta e sem fins lucrativos
.
Considerada como crime para uns, ao contrário da pirataria, a TROCA
nunca foi crime segundo a legislação.
“O que acontece é que não há uma legislação específica para esse tipo de
infração”.
Mas então afinal, o que é pirataria??
É comercializar produtos defendidos por direitos autorais VISANDO LUCRO.
Ou seja, vendendo, e tendo lucro com isso.Vamos estudar algumas palavras
de nossa língua segundo o dicionário Aurélio de Língua portuguesa:
- Troca > dar (uma coisa) por outra.
- Cópia > Reprodução, imitação.
Sendo assim além de não hospedar-mos nenhum CD em nosso servidor, também
não cobramos por nenhum arquivo baixado através de links de nosso Forum,
o que nos isenta segundo a lei.
Mas se algo contido no site é de sua propriedade, lhe causa dano ou
prejuízo, entre em contato pelo e-mail (gebara_ms@hotmailcom) que
iremos retirar o conteúdo do site o mais rápido possível.
Só pra complementar:
- Todos os links e arquivos que se encontram no site, estão hospedados
na própria Internet, somente indicamos onde se encontra, não hospedamos
